Prices vary by seasons, holidays and special Island events. Mermaid Cove prices range between $125 per night and $325 per night.
A cleaning fee is added separately, as is common with vacation rentals (very different from hotels as there is no on-site daily cleaning staff). Pet fees (if applicable), a reservation fee and City Lodging Tax are added as well.
